Excellent location to explore Jerez on foot. Our room was lovely! It had a big, outdoor terrace complete with loungers and a table with chairs!! The walk-in shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfy! We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment. We only stayed 1 night, there is enough to do in Jerez to stay 2-3.

Centrally located hotel in an "exotic" setting. Single room quite small and dark. Bed good, furnishings poor, no kettle, water bottle. Not ideal for 4 nights and only OK because I was out and about a lot. Staff quite distant.

The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and simple. It’s well located to the main restaurants and bars as well as the cathedral and Alcázar. If you arrive by public transport the hotel is well located but if you have a car it’s a 10 minute walk to the closest car park assuming the hotel is full which is likely. For me it feels as though the reception area (and bathrooms) are out of date. It all looks a bit tired. I found it abit odd to have coffee facilities and fridges dotted around the reception - reminiscent of a shop rather than a hotel reception. It feels 1980/90 rather than 2024. The buffet breakfast is adequate but unsupervised coffee machine needs an instruction manual.

Good cleaning, good service, good location, a little noisy because the rooms are poorly soundproofed with the hallway, bars on the windows (in case of fire you stay there). We will repeat.

The hotel has nice rooms with good maintenance. The staff accommodating, great customer service. The rooms on the third floor have lovely private balconies far from the street noise. The hotel is in the center city, close to all historic sites which Jerez is known for.

Hotel located right in the center of Jerez. Spacious and very clean room. Very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the noise caused by the heating devices located in the interior patio that the window overlooked. If I return to the same hotel, I will ask not to be in that area.

The room is good, but the floors and bathroom lack cleaning (hair on the floor). Comfortable beds. It only has two bottles of gel. Getting to the room has been somewhat labyrinthine, full of corridors and stairs and nothing signposted. Dry and uncooperative receptionist. It is beautifully renovated but my room (1st floor) faced a street with a lot of traffic and you could hear everything.
