El hotel es encantador y sobretodo el trato del personal durante toda la estancia. Ambiente muy tranquilo y bonito, bien rodeado para desconectar y disfrutar de unos dias de vacaciones. Muy recomendable en todos los aspectos, además queda cerca del aeropuerto.

Chambre spacieuse et propre super litterie
Le plus gros reproche c’est la différenciation entre les clients de l’hôtel principal et du second bâtiment lors du petit déjeuner
Ce n’est pas du tout la même histoire l’opulence d’un et le normalisme de l’autre je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le changement de classe
Autre point noir c’est le bâtiment en face de l’hôtel à l’abandon

Las instalaciones, bien, pero el tarto del personal de recepción fatal. Me cobraron un precio, que es el que yo tenía en mi reserva, y después de estar alojados, nos dicen que el precio cobrado era por noche, no por estancia. Tuvimos que dejar el hotel y buscarnos la vida por jerez, porque nos parecía un abuso.

Sitio perfecto para desconectar y relajarte !! Perfecta para verano, mucha variedad de piscinas ( 4 en total) auq una solo para niños y otra sola para adultos. El paisaje es encantador y estes en el hotel de 5 o 4 puedes usar ambas instalaciones

Si se reserva por la página web hay que tener cuidado porque no queda suficientemente claro si estás reservando en el hotel Golf o en el otro. Por lo general todo muy bien. La piscina, aunque indica familiar es muy grande y no es ruidosa. El bufet muy bueno.

En términos generales, TODO ESPECTACULAR, pero si debo destacar algo en concreto, LA ATENCIÓN de todo el personal. Si las instalaciones son de 10, el personal es de 12. TRATO EXCEPCIONAL desde recepcionistas (como Rosana o Berta), camareros (como Alfonso, Víctor, Rafa, Claudia, entre otros) y cocineros, como socorristas (como Lourdes y Nico) y camareras de piso. Sin duda nos hemos sentido cuidados y atendidos en todo momento durante nuestra semana de estancia. GRACIAS A TODOS!
