The room itself was modernized (bar the bathroom) and looking nicely. However, noise insulation is beyond poor and we woke up multiple times each night when doors slammed or people talking. AC not working at all although windows closed. Asked for repairs but nothing happened. Hence feel like in a sauna or get eaten up by hungry mosquitoes. Not a place we would recommend or consider coming back.

We recently spent 3 nights here. The position is perfect as it is set in spacious well kept gardens yet is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Jerez. The facilities are excellent with a choice of restaurants and bars as well as indoor pool and well equipped gym. The large outside secure parking is a real bonus. In particular the staff throughout the hotel are exceptional; helpful friendly and professional. This is an outstanding hotel and we will definitely come back. Thank you for such a special stay.

Très bon accueil à la réception. Chambre petite mais suffisante, donnant sur la piscine. Matelas et oreillers un peu trop ferme à mon gout. Hôtel calme, très propre, avec un lobby magnifique. Super petit déjeuner. Il y a même du chocolat. Le soir, vous pouvez prendre un verre et manger à la Vermuteria. La serveuse est très aimable. Parking dans l'hôtel gratuit. Vous pouvez aller visiter Jerez à pied en 15 minutes. Nous recommandons cet hôtel si vous passez par Jerez qui est une bien jolie ville.

Hotel magnífico, super limpio y muy bien decorado. El comedor es amplio y con mucha luz. El desayuno buffet es impresionante, no le falta de nada. Es muy difícil superarlo. La habitación está muy completa y se duerme muy bien con el colchón. El baño también muy bien equipado. También tiene piscina exterior y una interior. Además hay un gimnasio bastante bien equipado. Y el personal es de 10. Recepción, camareros, limpieza, mantenimiento, todos siempre con una sonrisa y haciéndote la estancia súper agradable. Sólo pondría un pero y es el parking que está al aire libre y no hay ninguna marquesina. Resumiendo , si volviera a Jerez, volvería a alojarme en éste hotel. Comentario de dos parejas de Valencianos que estuvimos hospedados desde el 29 de Marzo al 3 de Abril del 2024.
