Public areas are varied and spacious. Everything was very clean. Rooms were a little on the small side. Buffet restaurant was good. Staff were excellent - super-efficient and friendly. Pool area was very nice. Location is good, not far from town centre.

Part of a larger tour group, the hotel coped well with the number of people, exceeded expectations and most helpful staff in reception and the restaurant. There was an extensive choice at the buffet breakfast and evening meal, delicious and well replenished. Definitely would stay again.

El personal es maravilloso y el hotel muy bueno. El desayuno genial con cocina en vivo y zumos naturales. La Vermutería me encantó, género excelente y personal más aun. La piscina muy bonita aunque no la usamos. Volvería din dudarlo.Si vas a la Feria opción genial pues ir andando.

Es un hotel maravilloso con un parking estupendo, jardines, piscina, zonas de recreo en piscina, cafetería y vermuteria, amplias habitaciones y comida muy muy variada y buena, lo que más destacaría es el personal que es una auténtica maravilla, desde Juan Antonio el director ejemplo de dedicación y esfuerzo en conseguir la máxima comodidad y satisfacción en los clientes hasta los camareros, personal de limpieza, cualquier detalle, una plancha, un servicio de habitaciones cualquier cosa de aseo olvidada.. increíble la dedicación a la máxima satisfacción del cliente… sin duda alguna el mejor hotel de Jerez y alrededores. La mejor elección si no quieres sorpresas. Por supuesto volveré siempre y un fuerte abrazo.

Faultless return visit. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for cleanliness, attention to detail, facilities, rooms, tasty breakfast with lots of choice and most importantly super friendly staff...always smiling!

Ottimo hotel. Ha tutti i servizi sauna, piscina, piscina calda, palestra. Sevizio asciugamano per piscina. Camere nuove e confortevoli. Ottima colazione e buona cena. Posizione ottima a 15 minuti dal centro. Davvero non riesco a trovare difetti

Very nice room with balcony. No problem with noise even on the evening when there was a massive wedding reception. Taxi to the station or old town about 5 Euro and frequent trains to Cadiz. Used the buffet one night and the snack bar another. There is also another bar/restaurant. Quite a long walk to the old town so we only did that once. Other nights we used a Bodega across the main road behind the NH Hotel. Short walk to the Equestrian show and several wineries. Swimming pools were officially closed due to no lifeguards but some people still used them.
