This hotel is not as advertised. We booked using ***********, mainly for the rooftop terrace. On arrival the check in was contact free, which is great in a COVID world, but there was absolutely no one in the hotel, and we were not made aware of the check in process prior to arrival. Our room was nice, on the 2nd floor with views of the cathedral, but it was not the cleanest. There was builders dust in the room, and the stairs and corridors in the hotel itself didn’t look like they had been cleaned for quite a while, so you can imagine the handrails have not been either. As mentioned the main reason we booked was for the roof terrace. There is not one, and when we messaged the hotel they did not reply. The hotel did have a nice living room style space, however this was not cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed here and there was a dirty fork and mess all over the table, plus a used ash tray, indicating people had been smoking inside (photos attached) Other than the location, this hotel does not have a lot going for it, and I wouldn’t recommend or return.
