Great location, clean room. We got the ground floor room facing the pool, there is no window in the room so it makes it quite dark and no view. The breakfast is a bit poor, lacking cups, spoons, pastry. The lady in charge there should maybe try harder. All in all, i appreciated the location, clean room and nice relax by the pool.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. We had a lovely large ground floor room with a fab large bathroom with a strong hot shower. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of hooks to hang your clothes. The staff were very helpful and it was extremely good value. The hotel was in a back street in the centre of things. The Royal equestrian school is a must to visit

Super recommended! Great location in the city center, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. We has some rain, but the rooftop is AMAZING! Enjoy it while you are there. Both the owner and staff were very nice with us, always open to help out. Thanks for everything.

have never experienced something like this. I booked the hotel for two nights on August 24, 2022. I was arriving to Sevilla airport at 21:00, was going to rent a car, and was going to give them the plate number to secure the oarking in the hotel. When I arrived to the airport and was going to rent the rent the car, I had a terrible accident, fall on the floor and injured my knee, and my face. The medical service of the airport attended me, called an ambulance and I spent the night at the hospital, with blood all over my face. Couldn’t even open the eyes. The following day I was sent to a hotel in Sevilla and reportes tye case to the hotel Astuto in Jerez to explain the situation and ask for a refund of the room, that a normal person, and a professional service would have done inmediately, but the manager of the hotel charged the room and this is the date where they say that they won’t regund me for the nights but only a partial amount of tye second night. I was charged €220 and I was reimbuesed only €99.47. This is the most inhuman thing I have ever seen. I sent them pictures of my state, the hospital report, and called many times without any response. I asked to talked to the owner and have never answer my request and hides himslef all the time, up to a point that now they say is on holidays. Very ashamed of having trusted a hotel with those inhuman values. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACEPTABLE. The airline, the rent a car (already prepaid) reimbuesed the full amount without hesitation but with the professional attitude and service and kindness that such a case deserves. Shame on people like this. You can steal the money from people, but you can never be proud of how you do it. Apart from the discomfort, stress and impotence you generate to a person that is on recovery mode. I attach the hospital report, and the hotel has my face and knee picture. We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Astuto for four nights as part of my daughter's wedding celebration. For several nights, the hotel hosted all of our guests as well as the welcome drinks prior to the wedding. I cannot express how happy we were with this hotel in every way. The staff were incredibly caring and helpful in every way. Eduardo and the other young man at the front desk were helpful when we arrived (early) and we were able to relax at the dipping pool area. Elena was amazing helping us with breakfast and answering all of our questions. She even made me a wonderful salad (transported to me in a tupperware) for the day we were getting ready and it would be hard for me (a vegan) to get some good food easily. For the welcome drinks, the food provided was delicious, varied and plentiful. The environment on their rooftop is magical, with the night sky and the views. The staff was attentive to everyone. The rooms were clean and bright, with well-sized bathrooms. Our room was one of two that opens to the rooftop and it was absolutely lovely to sit there in the early mornings, drinking my coffee and seeing the sky brighten, with the view of churches and rooftops. This area includes couches and other seating, and is very comfortable. The breakfast, available buffet style every morning (with coffee available at all times) was excellent in its variety, including plenty of fruits, cheeses, meats, nuts, breads, yogurt, and made to order eggs. The hotel manages to create a vibe that is both chill and also extremely professional. We had the opportunity to meet the owner who was also very interested in getting our feedback and making sure that everyone was enjoying their stay. It is important to note that, previous to our arrival, the hotel had contacted us via text to help set up our parking (at a discount) and to provide information and answer any questions that we may have. I cannot stress enough the amazingly positive experience that we had at this hotel. Would recommend hands down.

This is a must for anyone wanting an authentic hotel in the old town. As soon as you go through the ancient oak doors it opens out into an oasis of quirky quality. Free coffee/water 24/7 was very welcome. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast is definitely worth every euro taken either by the pool or on the roof top in the sunshine!

The Astuto Boutique hotel is overpriced (we paid 520,- euros for 2 nights) and overrated. Bathroom needs to be renovated and the breakfast is a bit poor. People are friendly though but it doesn’t compensate the hotel. The inner patio is nice but small (swimming pool is more a bath size whirlpool). I think there will be better, more affordable options in Jerez
