have never experienced something like this. I booked the hotel for two nights on August 24, 2022. I was arriving to Sevilla airport at 21:00, was going to rent a car, and was going to give them the plate number to secure the oarking in the hotel. When I arrived to the airport and was going to rent the rent the car, I had a terrible accident, fall on the floor and injured my knee, and my face. The medical service of the airport attended me, called an ambulance and I spent the night at the hospital, with blood all over my face. Couldn’t even open the eyes. The following day I was sent to a hotel in Sevilla and reportes tye case to the hotel Astuto in Jerez to explain the situation and ask for a refund of the room, that a normal person, and a professional service would have done inmediately, but the manager of the hotel charged the room and this is the date where they say that they won’t regund me for the nights but only a partial amount of tye second night. I was charged €220 and I was reimbuesed only €99.47. This is the most inhuman thing I have ever seen. I sent them pictures of my state, the hospital report, and called many times without any response. I asked to talked to the owner and have never answer my request and hides himslef all the time, up to a point that now they say is on holidays. Very ashamed of having trusted a hotel with those inhuman values. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACEPTABLE. The airline, the rent a car (already prepaid) reimbuesed the full amount without hesitation but with the professional attitude and service and kindness that such a case deserves. Shame on people like this. You can steal the money from people, but you can never be proud of how you do it. Apart from the discomfort, stress and impotence you generate to a person that is on recovery mode. I attach the hospital report, and the hotel has my face and knee picture.
