Really classy hotel. I was already prepared to write a fawning review - location, amenities, breakfast, service - and then as we were checking out we discovered our rental car had a flat tire. The receptionist, Shaila, called our rental company for us and helped us sort out all the necessary details and was so kind through it all.
Some other details: it was unseasonably warm when we visited and the rooftop pool and drink service were a delight, with panoramic views of Jerez. It’s a preferred location, next to the Alcazar and Cathedral and just steps from the best dining areas. We had a smaller room but it was beautiful and well appointed, and quiet. We’d absolutely stay here if ever again in Jerez.

Lovely recently renovated hotel. We had a good room with a private terrace and close up view of the cathedral, marvellous! However there was no service at the roof top pool/bar. We would have liked that. Their restaurant was also unavailable. We would have liked to dine there on our first night. Bodega Tio Pepe, alongside the hotel is overrated. We didn’t like the Train Ride, and we were shown at far too many barrels. The tasting rooms are commercial, without light

Spent 2 nights here with friends and LOVED this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and situated across from the church in a very beautiful setting. You can't beat the rooftop views of the city, especially at night. The hotel and area are quite quiet. Breakfast in the garden was delightful. Service and staff couldn't have been better. You won't be disappointed.

We spent 2 nights in lovely Jerez and we were so happy that we picked this exquisite Hotel to celebrate my Birthday. Everything surpassed our expectations, from the moment we walked into the Hotel Lobby and the initial super friendly check in and welcome drink we knew straight away that this Hotel break was going to be special and wow it sure was ! The room was just lovely, beautiful modern decor and super comfy bed and the location of the hotel just so quiet and peaceful. I could not of wished to have spent my Birthday anywhere nicer. We spent the afternoon sitting by the pool soaking in the stunning view and peaceful location and drank a bottle of Cava. The breakfast offered a great selection of fruit, full Breakfast with very tasty sausages rashers/eggs and the most delicious Pastries. The Hotel is only a few minutes walk from lovely bars/cafes and Restaurants. The Hotel recommended a one hour Flamenco show on our first night at Puro Arte Flamenco and this was also just sublime. We wish to sincerely thank each and every staff member for their professionalism and such friendly service and for making my birthday and our first but not last stay in Jerez one I will never forget. Un Hotel molto accogliente, bello, pulito: scelta ottima. Personale gentile e ambienti veramente molto curati in tutti i particolari. Bellissima camera con vista sulla Cattedrale. Giardino dove fare colazione molto curato e colazione squisita.. Ristorante interno all'hotel che suggeriamo di prenotare perchè oltre al cibo vi permette una bella vista sulla vicina Cattedrale. Una piscina con panorama invidiabile. Un tour nelle splendide cantine assolutamente sì. Consigliatissimo!

Un boutique hôtel charmant où l'on se sent bien. L'accueil est professionnel et attentionné. Le cadre est joli. Bel environnement (Cathédrale).
A 2 mn à pied du centre ville. Je recommande cet hôtel.
