Location 8/10 bellissima vista sulla gola esteriormente necessità di qualche lavoro ma nulla di che Servizio 8/10 personale davvero super disponibile e cordiale unica pecca che non c'è una spa interna visto che si è in una zona con terme naturali ci si aspetta di trovarla. Colazione molto molto abbondante. Conto 8/10 in linea con gli altri hotel a jermuk Camera 9/10 camera ben arredata e ampia Pulizia 10/10 pulizia della camera davvero impeccabile

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was very big, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The view was very nice and the breakfast was prepared especially for us. We can really recommend the hotel and would come back anytime.

Incredible views, amazing staff, quaint hotel. Visited jermuk and all big hotels were booked and I’m so glad they were. Nairi hotel has the best location with the most amazing views. Staff, Christina, Sveta and Samvel were wonderful. Best breakfast!

We spent in this hotel 2 days, the only good thing about this hotel is the view, there was nothing to eat , and it's not a exaggeration, for dinner they gave only pasta and watermelon, for supper only patoes with tea, so if you don't want to pay many and stay hungry don't visit this hotel.
