The location is very good, you can watch the sunrise over Manhattan in the morning and the lights of Manhattan at night. The room facilities are very good. It is really relaxing to drink coffee in the restaurant and look at the Hudson River and Manhattan across the way.

I'm happy to stay on this hotel, their room is clean, quiet and comfort, closed to everywhere, but I didn't receive my deposit money after check out from this hotel. They didn't refund my deposit money, they said money will transfer back automatically to my bank account. They said need 5-6 days working days for process to get back my deposit money but till now since I left from the hotel 2 weeks already, still didn't get refund for my deposit money. Thank you.

The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by water on three sides on the river, with excellent views. The service in the warehouse is poor. Cleaning is only done at 6:00 in the evening, and all of them are elderly service staff. For the sake of the unique hotel scenery, just clean it yourself...

It is a hotel by the Hudson River, and it is built like a dock protruding from the river bank into the river. The scenery is quite good, see the photos. The price is not cheap, but apart from the environment and scenery, don't expect anything else.
