Not quite like the picture, looks shabby. Booked a big room but the air conditioner wasn't cool. Request to change room The officer then asked me to move to a room with cool air conditioning but it was a smaller room than the one booked. hurt the feelings

Bed and pillows are not comfortable and the heater sounds like a generator. Also, water will be a great touch to the room. The room was clean, Spacious, convenient and extremely accommodating staff. My flight was delayed by 12hrs. They extended my check out to 3pm.
