The only bad thing was I didn't get fresh clean towels there was no toilet paper and I literally had to wait almost 2 hours and yet I was so close to the office and yet I should get that service I shouldn't have to call

The first room we got it was used used towels and unmade bed. The second rooom was smoky smelled like **** and the fire alarm kept going off at night
