A magnificent property in one of Jerusalem’s best neighborhoods! Beautifully appointed rooms! Friendly staff who anticipate your every need! I especially want to mention the front desk manager Mohammed who made sure we had a great room and were comfortably settled! The dining staff made our stay so special! Especially I would like to mention Issam and Yusaff , whose level of service was beyond anything we expected or ever received! We are already anticipating our return visit in 3 weeks!!!!

My 5 star review is for several reasons. Arik Snir one of the managers is the main reason for the 5 star review. From the moment my friend and I arrived, Arik treated us like family. Our room was supposed to have two beds. Because housekeeping was short staffed, he followed up with me shortly after I reached the room to make sure that there were two beds. When I told him that the beds had not been seperated, he followed up every 30 minutes with me to make sure that housekeeping took care of it. Everytime Arik saw us, he asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. It felt like we had a big brother watching out for us. When we arrived at the hotel, they had an assortment of dates, nuts, cookies and raisons as well as juice in the lobby for guests. The beds in the rooms were more comfortable than my bed at home. The spread at breakfast was amazing! I plan to stay there again on my next visit to Jerusalem.

A good option but super par service. The front desk provide the worst driver service I have ever experience, be ware and look elsewhere when looking to schedule transport. They even pocketed 20% of the funds just for helping me to schedule, the facilities are nice but the service is terrible

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire property was spotless, and my room was in mint condition—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. I also appreciated the convenient parking options, which made my stay even smoother. The facilities were impressive, offering plenty of space and comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The room was decorated beautifully but the previous guests may have caused damage. The shower was broken and after several requests it was still not fixed. A beautiful fruit plate was left in my room which was not cleaned. Maintenance needs to improve everything else was fine.
