It is an extraordinary hotel. It has a lot of class. The service was great and the meals were superb However , the price is too expensive

Overall it was nice,
we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

A very good exclusive Hotel , the breakfast is one of the best. Great service, the staff is very wellcoming, the rooms are large and inviting.

The hotel was magical with relaxing atmosphere. You could have felt it everywhere around you. There are lots of nice places to seat and talk, two restaurants, one restaurant serves meat dishes, on the 10th’ floor (rooftop) and the second one servers dairy dishes - both are excellent. The hotel has two different pools: one open on the rooftop at 10th’ floor wish you can see the old city of Jerusalem and the view of the German colony and the other pool located at minus 2 (-2) at the Spa floor (warmed pool) - excellent. The hotel has a variety of rooms in different types of buildings to meet the needs of different guests. The best thing there are the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to the concierge Gilad I would like to give special mention to the concierge Gilad, who contributed greatly to the success of the private event we celebrated and was constantly attentive to all our requests. Finally - Great experience for us - greatly recommended.
