Had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The Reservation manager Dan Athlan helped us out planning the stay with great and friendly service! Was a pleasure working with him!

i travel a lot for business and personal. i deal with a lot of bookings for hotels. i just had the pleasure of speaking with Dan Athlan RESERVATIONS MANAGER OF ROYAL HOTEL. he was so helpful and detailed, and responsive. took his time to make sure he had everything correct. went out of his way to get back to me(even after hours as i am in nyc ) and helped me make plans for the upcoming holidays in april. i wish every hotel had people like Dan working for them!

When we first arrived we had a problem with our room. We spoke to Dan the manager. He was excellent! He not only resolved our room problem, but went above and beyond my expectations to make our stay perfect.

Housekeeping is horrible. Two days so far I have returned to my room and it hasn’t been cleaned. There must be a toilet paper shortage here also because housekeeping never leaves enough. The first day at check in the towels were big and nice for drying off , after that we just got small hand towels even though I called for extra.

We had the most memorable trip with Dan Athlan, the Reservations Manager of both Royal and Ramada Hotels. He treated us royally, upgrading our room for free and giving us a great deal on the breakfast package! Not only that, he personally made sure our room was cleaned every day and left us extra clean towels and toiletries. There's nothing like coming to a hotel and having someone who's there to personally make you satisfied.

Dan is the superman of reservation management! He did everything to enhance our vacation -- always with a happy smile! He took care of all the little details from selecting the best room for us to arranging a welcome champagne in our room. We never had such a great experience!
