This hotel is trash. The receptionist, they don’t speak English. If you ask them for three things ‘towel, packet of coffee, plastic bag, because they don’t understand towel, so they will say, ‘okay!’ and give you the coffee and bag. When you say ‘I am in room 103, please ask cleaner to change bedsheet.’ The second you turn away, she won’t know what room you’re in and she won’t ask again. By the way, you can’t call guest service in your room, this is NOT A HOTEL. JUST A simple small room with no space and NOTHING! YOU ARE JUST RENTING A ROOM! there is only 1 small bottle of water. You want more water? NO! Sorry! No water! You can buy from the restaurant downstairs! And when you ask to ‘change the bedsheet’, they literally will just change the BEDSHEET and the other pillow case and duvet cover, sorry they won’t change! I HAVE TO ASK THREE TIMES FOR THE ENTIRE BEDDINGS TO BE CHANGED! FIRST TIME NOTHING CHANGED AT ALL, and the beddings was so dirty that I COULD NOT SLEEP FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT! The next day, after I went out and came back to the room, realised she didn’t change the beddings so I asked the reception for the cleaner to come up to my room and change it, and when I open the door, she was standing outside and staring straight into my eyes and asked, ‘WHAT?!’ So I decided to tell her that she can change it the next day. Because I felt like she was about to lose it. IN THE EVENING, i wanted a towel, SORRY! NO TOWELS! BECAUSE NO CLEANERS ARE AROUND SO THERE IS NO TOWELS FOR YOU!the picture of the bathroom which I showed you was taken 1.5 hours after the shower and half dried. Infl fact when you come out of the shower, the whole floor is flooded! And STINKS! When the cleaner cleans the room, she only cleans half of the toilet and tucks in your bed and nothing else. The floor is not cleaned and even the coffee is just left there and no one changed the cup for you, no one filled coffee packets or teabag. Basically you have nothing. And whenever you ask for something, they will simply say no. For example if you want to delay checkout for 1 hr, they will be saying ‘NO! SOMEONE NEEDS THE ROOM!’ And you see, the shower head corner has a metal piece that stuck up right at the corner and I had a deep cut which now after four days the scar is still there.
If you still decide to check into this hotel, you deserve to be treated like a clown.

The rooms are very old, there is no design and amenities in them, the location is the only thing that makes it great and the external appearance

It is very religious, with the Pope's choice and even a church of its own. The renovation and protection of historical buildings is a good place to shoot photos.

The hotel is located near the New Gate of the old city, which is very convenient for visiting the old city of the Holy Land. I walked around. The nearby buses and light rail can quickly take you to places near and far in Jerusalem. There is a street close to eating and shopping, and there is also a supermarket that supplies daily necessities. It is open on holidays and Sabbaths. There is a noodle shop next to the supermarket. The owner has been in Hong Kong for many years. In general, the environment and service of the hotel are good. It is recommended for tourists from the Holy Land. The prices in Jerusalem are still a bit high, especially the prices of agricultural products have increased due to the recent situation. PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for "my" and dame is French for "madam". Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with "the north". Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!

I am a travel agent, and before the tourist season begins, I make it a priority to personally check the hotels I plan to offer to my clients. On February 16, we spent one night at Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center, and it truly felt like being in an unreal dream that exists right here in Israel. The reception hall is spacious, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The check-in and check-out staff were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their level of service was outstanding. The dining room is clean and well organized, and the breakfast was simply perfect — everything was fresh and very tasty. In the evening, we dined at the restaurant overlooking the Old City. The view is breathtaking, the service excellent, and the food absolutely delicious. The entire place is maintained at a very high standard of cleanliness. The rooms and bathrooms are truly spotless and well kept. There is no TV in the room for those who enjoy watching in the evening, but personally it did not bother me at all — I came to experience and evaluate the hotel. There is also a church inside the hotel, which deeply moved me and added to the special atmosphere of the place. At the end of the day, I left the hotel feeling as if I had been at home. I rate everything 10/10. Highly recommended!

Our group of 14 had an incredible stay at Notre Dame Jerusalem Center. The level of care & attention to detail made our stay truly special. Cleanliness & Comfort The rooms were consistently spotless. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff, who were always so polite and proactive—regularly checking in with us to see if we needed a refresh or any extra supplies. Heartfelt Breakfast Service The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of food, but it was the staff that truly stood out. Since most of our group does not drink coffee, the team kindly prepared hot cocoa for us every morning. It was a personalized touch that we didn't expect but deeply appreciated! Exceptional Service from Abeer A huge thank you to Abeer at the front desk. She is sweet, professional, and always acknowledged us with a warm welcome in the lobby. She made our stay seamless by helping us extend our booking and was our "local expert"—finding restaurant recommendations and even calling ahead to confirm their hours for us. The Full Notre Dame Experience Beyond the room and service, Abeer encouraged us to truly experience what the Center has to offer. Following her recommendation, we visited: The Shroud of Turin Exhibit: A deeply moving and educational display. The Pentecost Room: A beautiful and serene space for reflection. The 360° Lookout: Easily one of the best views of the Old City and all of Jerusalem! We highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Holy City. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so at home.

Currently staying with a group (2Jan) on the property. Great location, beautiful setting. But the management is terrible!!!!! They are currently hosting a very large family with multiple rooms and many children several preteens and teens which are in rooms immediately across from me and just down the hall a few doors away. Last night for more than two hours they were running up and down the hallways, screaming — finally at 1 am I had to call Security to come and tell them to be quiet. This is day 2, and when I returned to my room after being out all day at 5 PM, the same craziness is happening, running up and down the hallways, screaming, even from inside their own rooms. I went to the front desk and all 3 staff members, one of whom admitted to having been there the night before with security, said there was nothing they could do. The parents had apologized in the morning so they threw up their hands asking me what I expected them to do. Beyond unacceptable and I would never return to this property. Issues with my room - lightbulbs out - took a day to replace.
