Everything was nice, the location, the people on the desk. The only thing I would change is the cleaning personelle. They made the bed with the pillow in the middle

Very comfortable room excellent breakfast very courteous stuff. This was one of the best experiences we had in Jerusalem.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful—from the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking; we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, relaxed by the pristine pool in the afternoons, and appreciated the convenient location close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making everything easily accessible, while the peaceful ambiance of the hotel itself offered a perfect escape from the busy city—every aspect of the experience felt thoughtfully curated and made our trip truly unforgettable.

I stayed with my daughter at the hotel. We booked directly and had good customer service. We were grateful that we were able to check out after shabbat at no additional cost. This hotel is centrally located. Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. However, if you intend to stay here, be aware that the rooms are very small. Bed configurations are made up how the single beds are either together or separated. The single beds are narrower than regular single beds. No iron or hairdryer in the rooms. If you want to iron you can use a common iron behind reception but be aware that the ironing board might collapse mid-way through. Also, bring your own amenities eg shampoo and soap because the watered-down liquid soaps don't quite cut it. In short, for a last minute overnight booking was perfect and, ultimately, you get what you pay for :)
