Great hotel experience! Clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Great location. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Nice lobby with coffee and tea all the time, was a great place to talk to other guests from all around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. 5-stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and located within easy walking distance of the old city and the Mahaneh Yehudah market. Great breakfast buffet. Much less expensive than the big tourist hotels, but far superior than the budget hotels - in my opinion this is the best value hotel in Jerusalem.

Had a really good stay there. All went well. The only problem was finding the place. Took over an hour driving around using Waze. ******* lists the address as Darom 6, instead of Shammai. And couldn't see any sign. Finally, after asking several bystanders we located it. Need to make a big visible sign that one can see while driving to the site and update your listing on *******.

Room was dirty . Never been cleaned on window sill .Bedroom Chair was filthy and falling apart. Marks all over walls. Bathroom dirty especially around shower screen and shower tube broken so couldn’t use hand held shower and rain plate had insufficient pressure . Dining area stairs smelled of sewers . TV didn’t work . Only one light in room . No hair dryer in room Staff were unhelpful. They told us that they were fully booked so couldn’t change our room until I demanded our money back , then amazingly a room was available.

The size of the room is much bigger than Ibis where we stayed, but building is older. All stuffs are much friendlier and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price. Free coffee tea cookies in the lounge all day. Good Asian food next door. Will go back.

The location very good with most of places to eat, including a Mc Donald’s, very convenient for kids Parking available with cost but that’s rare, so it’s a plus. We had two connected rooms great for family travelers. The hotel in general is good, rooms are small but with everything you need even a fridge. The breakfast buffet has wide variety.
The main elevator was broken and the service elevator and area were not as neat as you would like.
Rooms were clean but just didn’t feel super clean. The dinning room has a very strong not nice smell.
Staff were all very nice.

The recepitonist told us that we were in the wrong hotel saying that there are two hotels with a similar name. She couldn't give further instructions. So we had to take the car again, drive away and when I called the number I had on the booking, she realized that it was us and confirmed that she made a mistake and that the hotel was correct as well as the booking. We had to drive back. The description of the hotel says that there was a parking place avaiable at an additional fee. She sent to a parking space nearby. There was no special fee for the guests of this hotel and the price was otrageous.

A horrible experience, keep away if u love urself! The worst service u could ever ask for. We got a room with broken AC and when we called the reception for it, they said they'll send someone to fix it. That guy only showed up almost an hour later, barely even took a look and left. So we called the reception again but they just stopped picking the phone (after 1 time!!!) And we had to go 3 floors down only to hear that we are bunch of liars and that we shouldn't tell them how to do things. Later that evening, when the guy finally decided to choose to come and try and fix things, he entered the room telling us about how he is not working for us, and when i told him that he actually is because i'm a hotel guest, he simply said "ok so u fix it urself" and stromed out. I highly recommend to pay few extra bucks and get a much better place with people who actually here to do their job rather than make u feel like they doing u a favor
