This hotel is rated 4 star. It misses the mark by a fair stretch. It is in a state of significant disrepair, visible and widespread neglect and is in dire need of a new approach. It doesn’t seem to be the teams issue as they are all kind. It seems rather that the owner is unwilling to invest to keep the hotel reflecting its 4 star rating (which creates an expectation in most people’s minds of a clean place in great shape). So many room items are broken, dirty or in significant disrepair or repaired with little evidence of care. Air conditioning is the only available in summer so if you come in winter or spring and hit a hot day your room never dip below 26C. It’s not pleasant to write a review like this but this site is for travelers to have experiences that reflect advertised pictures and representations. Until the hotel commits to a material investment please be very wary if your expectation is for a well maintained and clean environment.

We arrived the 30th Oct and stayed for 12 nights. This is our 3rd time visiting Isreal. Of all the previous hotels we really enjoyed our stay at Prima Kings. We will definitely when visiting Isreal again make a booking at Prima Kings. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our room was neatly cleaned everyday. Every morning the breakfast was fresh and very tasteful.Such a big variety to choose from… Location perfect to be close to the old city. Would definitely recommend Prima Kings hotel !

Wonderful desk staff, very helpful, accommodating, and engaging (and engaged). Big breakfast, lovely rooms, great location. Fair price. Escaped a terrible bnb in urgent circumstances. We were first there fifty years ago, would return.

The location was convenient. The shabbat meal was delicious. They invited the soldiers which made it special. Excellent service from staff. I would stay again.

Rooms in good condition, halways were packed and messy, dining room unpleasant,
meals - disaster! even though we paid for half board we skipped the meals and ate outside due to the very poor level of dining.

This is a very nice hotel. Probably the cleanest and the friendliest and the prettiest of the many hotels we've stayed at this trip in Israel. The balcony in our room was large and generous, and I could see the Temple Mount complex from it. This is Jerusalem, joe. The level of dress and composure is far more respectful then you might find in tel Aviv. One thing I wish I'd known about this hotel was that it does seem to cater to a religious crowd. There is a synagogue in the hotel itself, and very large synagogue just down the block. On my next trip to Jerusalem I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's in walking distance to essentially all the old traditional sites in the city.

Decent hotel but pricey
Decent hotel but on the expensive side. Rooms were spotless but common lobby seating areas were generally unclean.
Food was plentiful but hot breakfast items quote stodgy and dry.
Non pre booked meals were very pricey and feel we were ripped off!

The staff were so welcoming and appreciative of the support shown by coming to Israel amd choosing the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast. Lounge area nice to have in the afternoon
