Wouldn’t recommend. Tiny rooms, filthy, cramped bathroom, old worn-out towels, no amenities or common area to sit, and no parking. Staff were often nowhere to be found, even during normal hours when the front door was unlocked. They were also indifferent and ignored complaints about ear-splitting music that made the walls vibrate from a hotel event until 11 PM. When I requested a refund, the hotel refused, and I had to fight through the booking agent multiple times just to get a partial one. Loud traffic noise in the mornings. Breakfast was underwhelming (dry eggs, stale bread). Beds were comfortable, but overall, still not worth the price.

This is a Bed and Breakfast. They continue to put out the same food day after day even if it gets dry and hard. The place looks like it has not been renovated for decades. Often there was no one at the front desk to be able to ask questions. On the weekends and some evenings, they rent out their dining hall to groups and kids run around the entire hotel screaming without any supervision. My last night when I needed to get up at 5 AM to catch my train to the airport, there was a party going on until 2 AM with extremely loud music coming through speakers, vibrating throughout the building.

What you see in the photos is not what you get , the room is very small , no elevator , the dinning room is very poor , even no umlaut at the morning And no coffee machine , the staff are very nice and try to do there best but nothing more , at the weekend there was guest families at the hotel, and we can't get rest as they do a lot of noise , when we ask for a little quite from the staff they said sorry we have also them as a guests , so what about us ????

I chose this hotel for its location and it was very convenient for a visit to Jerusalem and for the various things close by.
As is very clear from the online information, this is an old hotel with character.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of variety and healthy options.

Short £sweet
Perfect. Easy to find. Key code by email. Excellent breakfast. Shull just across the road, 7am full miniyan. Just the parking 🅿️, arriving late might be a problem.

Location is fabulous in Baka - very safe and pleasant neighborhood. Attendants were very nice but not always present at the desk, which was ok for us. Breakfast is mediocre - coffee very good. Room was worn and clean but expected better after reading the reviews. Will probably try another place next time we visit

Such a lovely spot. There’s parking on side streets nearby and the breakfasts are lovely. Comfortable room and super location for a relaxed stay.
