The room was wonderful and very comfortable
Every thing was clean and new
The breakfast was a bit messy
Not enough waiters, not enough place at the dining room, there were heavy lines in each station at the buffet

The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it.
The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.

Breakfast was excellent and varied
It's a shame they charged us 18% VAT even though the website stated there were no additional charges!
The hotel claimed it was because of Israeli citizenship. And the website did not mention that there would be an additional charge

The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level. Repair, furniture, everything from the last century, everything is worn and torn. The bathroom is as if you got into the 90s. Everything is old, worn out. In front of the bed there is a huge mirror, without functionality.... View of the construction site and parking lot. Coffee and tea by the bag. (As if stolen.) In the description it was that there is a compliment, there was nothing. Parking is free in the description. In the end it is paid. The hotel is not worth the money we paid. We are not satisfied.

Ahmad the bellboy Fadi manger front desk Alma was very kind and courteous and helped me get into my room when the door did not open on several occasions. He also kindly helped me with my bags. My second comment is , after waiting a long time for help the Mantenance man finally came day two and discovered there was a magnet left in the door.
