The street the hotel was on is closed due to construction. We had to carry our luggage 2 blocks from the parking lot to the hotel.
We should have been warned of the closed street when we made the reservation. The construction is a long term project and it was known at the time we booked this hotel.
I am 74 years old and have a heart condition - I will pursue a refund or rate reduction for this trip. The 5 days spent in Jerusalem was a nightmare.
I spent a huge sum of money for air fare, car rental and parking and was stressed out for 5 days. The best part o my trip was leaving Jerusalem!

I made a mistake with the dates - and the hotel and/or Trip.com was unable to accommodate a change of dates so I was charged for the hotel and did not stay there. That was a bummer. Of course, because I couldn't make a change to the reservation (I discovered the mistakes minutes after I booked it) I was unwilling to book with this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Future travel will not encourage me to stay here.

Was very happy with my stay at the hotel. The room is clean and there is housekeeping service every day. The room is spacious for myself, and there is a small pantry area which is very helpful.

地處市中心大馬士革門前面的街道非常繁華位置相當好，就是房間非常一般，發達國家也就這樣了價錢挺貴。附近小吃很多。
