I was very disappointed. The room was a quarter size of the pics. Nespresso machine broken, instead of a king bed, it was a double, was cold at night with no extra blanket, breakfast wasn't very tasty. The staff did lower the price due to extreme disappointment, not their fault, they were very kind. Owners needs to make big improvement.

Luckily the room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Otherwise this hotel is an overpriced disappointment. Our room was so small that the maintenance worker moved the bed in order to open his ladder to fix the curtain that fell off the poles when I opened it to get some light. The bathroom hardly has room for the toilet and the stall shower. There is no breakfast included and they charge US $65 extra for a late checkout after Shabbat. I like trying new hotels, but this made me miss the Orient Hotel five minutes away which, for the same price includes breakfast, a late checkout and a room 3 times the size.

The property did not look like the pictures. It was dark and musty and hard to find the front door. When we told the front desk we were not happy, we were told we could leave but would owe one night’s stay. We said fine and booked another hotel. On our way out the door, the man said ‘ my
Mistake- you have to pay for the whole stay’. This is not ok. We are hoping ******* will help resolve this. Thus far, there has been no response. This is also unexceptionable. We won’t hurry to use *******.

3 charming nights.
I stayed in this hotel on 3 separate occasions during my 3 week visit to Israel. One night wach time. Beautiful hotel. Great location. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Pro tip: the falafel place next door is awesome.
