Check in was somewhat haphazard as a text with details to access accommodation was not received and the room was not ready so another room was sourced. The slat blinds on windows had 2 broken off (minimising privacy) and the room, surfaces and cutlery were not very clean. The accommodation was good overall.

Great night with an awesome Room 5 star room with a great price no issues great facilities with a great pub across the road and shops close by with a KFC and a hung jacks right across the road

El alojamiento amplio y bastante limpio. El baño con bañera de hidromasaje que no funcionaba, pero una cocina bien equipada que incluía vitro para cocinar. Enfrente de los apartamentos Justo cruzar la calle hay zona de tiendas y para comer varios sitios.

房間很大，還有超大按摩浴缸，可以自助辦入住，但是我沒有driver license，再加上驗證點時候出了點問題，到的比較晚，大晚上給酒店打電話，工作人員另外發了code。沒有牙膏牙刷牙杯，沒有拖鞋，需要自帶，其他都不錯，臨近Jesmond shopping center生活還比較方便

I had a couple of things taken, stolen, by the cleaners while I was out. I spoke to Andy about this and his response was "I don't care about your stuff", "I don't have time for this ****". So they actively allow their staff to steal from guests, and refuse to listen when a complaint is inevitably made. This is disgraceful. It's criminal. NEVER STAY AT ANY PROPERTY RUN BY JESMOND EXECUTIVE VILLAS !!!!

False advertising regarding free wifi; only 500mb the rest need to pay. Floor is very dirty. Plenty of parking and good communication. No spa within the property as per advertisement.
