The hotel Arjuna is small, so is the rooms, our window is facing the building next to it, and there's no good view from here. Fortunately this hotel is not far from Malioboro, but not close too so we had to ride a lot of motorbikes around the hotel. oh there is a board near the hotel that shows a rickshaw fare if you want to go to Malioboro or to other attractions. This hotel is also a small pool, which is a really small, located behind the restaurant with access to the restaurant. Enough to entertain the kids, though not comfortable for adults, unless you want to watch all the guests who are hanging out, especially between the restaurant benches (out) and the poolside is not a meter away. But what worth appreciate is the service. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. especially when we park. Although the parking lot is very minimal, the hotel staff kept trying to find, even reluctant to move the hotel car parked.

Wow, I had an amazing dining experience at the hotel's restaurant! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Saya menginap 2 malam disini, hari sabtunya saya tinggal saya pikir kamar dibersihkan ternyata ga dibersihkan. Alat mandi juga ga di refil serta air minum juga, sampah didalam kamar tidak dibuang seprei dan badcover juga ga diganti padahal setahu saya SOP penginapan sehari sekali diganti dan dibersihkan. Dikamar juga tidak disediakan sendal Hotel sehingga saya minta dulu di resepsionis. Mohon lebih respect lagi untuk pegawainya serta manager dapat mengecek kembali kinerja pegawainya. Saya tidak sempat foto karena saya geli sendiri dengan kamar yg berantakan tidak dibersihkan. Saya menginap di kamar 28 pada tgl 13-15oct 2023. Terimakasih.

The restaurant offers a delicious variety of dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had an excellent selection to start the day right. Overall, The Phoenix Hotel offers a warm, welcoming experience with fantastic service and food.
