Very good stay. The lady at reception is very friendly. We were able to leave our car at the hotel while we visited the park.
The room was very clean and in good condition.
To visit the park there is a two km trail that leads there.

We lived in an apar**ent - nice with our own kitchen. Located a good distance from Plitvice NP - there is also a nice restaurant and shopping opportunities nearby

Great location in the national park; walking distance to the park entrance. Clean and quiet suite with galley kitchen and compact shower in the bathroom. Restaurant right next door with simple food at a reasonable prices and nice local a**osphere (apparently doubles as a ski lodge in the winter). Wi-Fi would not connect supposedly due to “security concerns” with the router, though cellular service at the property was adequate for internet access and phone service. We did not try the breakfast offered at 12 euro per person as inexpensive food was readily available at the market in the little community next to the Villa Knezevic (5 minute walk) and the kitchen in the unit was more than adequate for food storage and preparation.

Quiet location, we were offered to leave the car in the parking lot for the day, the park being 15 minutes away on foot via a path under the trees, it is ideal. The rooms are simple but very clean. Varied breakfast with homemade products. On request they prepare a free picnic when you have breakfast. Very practical for visiting the park.

Good no nonsense stay. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. good pizza place next door, very reasonably priced. Easy parking. We had a room with a balcony which was a nice treat. Staff were great very easy check in and check out.

Excellent location from which to access the 2nd entey to the park, and only a few meters away from the bus stop to Zadar/Zagreb. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. Be aware there is no air con and very few choices of places to eat nearby unless you have a car. The people are very warm and welcoming. Great value.

Very clean apar**ent, large but strangely impossible to open the balcony door because the bed blocked it, and in the bedroom the opposite, impossible to close the door the bed was too big..
Bravo to the very kind receptionists and the breakfast at 8 euros was worth it

Lovely hotel, about 20 minutes walk from Plitvice lakes entrance. Good parts: a really charming hotel and surrounding village, nice staff, free parking on site, small refrigerator in room.
Less good: no air conditioning in room (but was a fan), missing wall sockets near bed, room a bit small (there might be bigger rooms, ours was a bit compact).
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
