My experience in hotel anand is very pathetic, no backup plan ac room and c lining and very poor service.

Our stay was exceptional! the staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The overall experience was good, but i'm not sure it justified the price

The hotel mentioned as a 3 star hotel in makemytrip, not meeting the standards of a 3 star hotel. Not a place for a family stay, room was not clean, hotel rooms and corridor are smelling alcohol and cigarette. However hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service.

Hotel was good, and the reception staff was also well behaved but faced issues regarding tv not working, and they took 2 days to replace the set-top box. Otherwise all good
