The hotel was good, staff was helpful and the in house restaurant, la chef had delicious food but some parts of the hotel, particularly the stairways (next to the restaurant dining area) leading to basement for parking was one of the most god awful place i had ever seen in a hotel. It was extremely unhygienic and smelly.

The AC is not working properly, the washroom door is automatically closed, and the staff is the worst. The worst hotel is not suitable for corporate bookings.

Good staff behavior at the reception! helpful housekeeping team and excellent chef preparing rich delicacies in the hotel restaurant! after all a good place to stay in jhansi nearby the railway station!

I was charged ₹1400 for an extra bed for 2 days, for the colleague and I agreed to the charge, but I didn't receive a proper bill from the hotel. They didn't accept electronic transactions and only received cash."
