Excellent value for money Courteous and helpful staff Convenient and peaceful location Check all boxes - Geyser, Shower, TV, Cleaning, Timely breakfast Breakfast nice to taste, several options to choose from but little variation over days Cookies served with breakfast - plus for "me" Attached restaurant has plentiful choice for veg food Rooftop restaurant plays music and (perhaps) was a nice experience

What would have been a good experience was ruined by one of the staffers. I had to catch a train early morning and wanted a good nights sleep. Around 12AM a staffer kept on ringing the bell. When I woke up I saw he was trying to turn the knob from the outside and get in. I had the door latch closed so he couldn't get in. When I opened the door and asked the reason for what he did, he told that "kuch z***ri hai tabhi kar raha hu" . And the important thing was a signature on a food order which was for some other room and not mine. First of all he came to the wrong room and that is not an issue, the issue is what gives him the authority to barge in someone's room for a petty signature and the attitude he had for me not opening the door as i was sleeping? Will not recommend this place for this sole reason. Otherwise the room was good

This property is located near jhansi railway station, (so each to reach), we booked a family suite with dinner, we check-in late around 8 pm but still room was not prepared, we landed in a 400 square feet empty room with no bed, we were shocked to see room in this condition then room service told us that bed is there but bed was in standing mode, then after call to ***ager they arrange water and bed other basic room cleaning. In a nutshell, I think nobody has booked that suite earlier so nothing was prepared , They provided an electric tea kettle but it was dirty. The room was big and in a square shape so one plan 30 to 40 people small family function. :) The only good thing was they have adjusted or corrected everything after we complain without any arguments Vg Buffet dinner was good

Easy to reach. Amazing staff with mouth watering dishes. Overall excellent experience. Rooms are species and clean. Bathroom is also large. Very smooth check-in process. Covid-19 protocols are being followed.
