Natraj hotel is good but cleaning is not well. It's is very close from jharsuguda railway station. 5 mint walking distance from station.

It was a good experience staying in hotel natraj. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff was supportive and well mannered.

It’s not hygienic. And the service is very poor. The bed sheet was given to me aft 4 hrs of check in. Even that bed sheets was not clean. Lift is not there to access the upper floors.

Your helpdesk contact also terrible. Hotel not provide bill. Can you please act in this and provide me gst bill. @earliest. I was frightened how to stay at entire night. Your help desk also not reachable. It is over all unexpected. I have lost confidence in you

It was not so good and not so bad experience as i get low price good ac room but it doesn't have lift. Room was good but hot water was not coming, it has own restaurant so food was good but it opens 11:30am at morning and i have board train at 11am so i have to move out and had breakfast. Rest all are good.

The fan was not working at all in the room given. I was forced to move to another single room instead of double room because no double room available at that time.
