位置在市中心，去天虹和步行街都很方便，吃和玩都可以。旁邊有很大的停車場，還有充電樁。房間設施基本能滿足要求。性價比很高。

賓館坐落在市區內，交通方便，免費停車，停車場與其他物流合用，出車需報備，周圍餐飲多。酒店工作人員服務周到、禮貌。室內環境、床上用品清潔，酒店不提供早餐。缺點：酒店各房門相互靠近，説話、來往走動不隔音，衞生間淋浴處是半圓設計，無門也無任阻擋物，淋浴時水花四濺，將馬桶、地面全部是水。
