Grand Skylight International Hotel Ji'an

Staying in Ji'an for a short while, this hotel was unexpectedly good. Hong Sao from the breakfast team was very welcoming, and Chef Lu at the 38th-floor buffet showcased excellent culinary skills. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Ji'an.

Aside from the slightly inconvenient location and limited amenities, everything else was great. The hotel is well-maintained, and the room was spacious. The front desk lady even upgraded our room type. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money.

The top choice for a high-end hotel in Ji'an! It's near Ji'an West High-Speed Rail Station, boasting amazing panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The heated pool and gym are complimentary, and the bedding is super comfortable. Perfect for both business trips and vacations. A must-stay if you're traveling by high-speed rail, as it's within walking distance of the West Station. The rooms are spacious, and the toiletries are of good quality. It offers excellent value for money among five-star hotels in Ji'an.

I was in Ji'an for a business trip, my first time here. The new district's development is pretty good, though it lacks a bit of buzz, which is typical for most third and fourth-tier cities. The room was decent. I booked a business room, which offered more panoramic views with lots of glass curtain walls on one side. The AC was incredibly slow to cool down, so it only got comfortably cool in the latter half of the night. These are minor details, but since they knew a business room was booked, especially in this heat, they should have proactively cooled it down beforehand. The service staff, I can only say, was average. Even the basic front desk reception, which creates the first impression when checking into a hotel, lacked warmth and friendliness. Compared to other hotels in the same category, the service didn't match up. I travel frequently for business and stay in hotels, so maybe my expectations are too high, or perhaps...

This hotel offers an exceptionally high level of service. The facilities and environment are also excellent. There's a sweet, unassuming young woman with glasses and a red armband who is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to assist guests. The breakfast is fantastic!

Wasn't informed about the room at the end of the hall when checking in. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly hot. There was no shower gel, but two bottles of shampoo. Complaints went unanswered – slow response and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The housekeeping staff were also very polite. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The room is nice, and the service is good too.
