酒店的前台有位女的態度不冷不熱，當詢問停車問題時，第一時間不是儘量幫助顧客安排最方便的位置，而是直接説如果門口滿了就停到馬路對面的市政停車位，因為看點評好像有地下停車場，就多問了一下，先是説可能已經滿了，在我們的要求下才錄入車牌，結果地下停車場裏面有好幾個空車位。感覺這家全季酒店是不是已經開的時間長了，員工都已經是老油條了，不是低頭玩手機、看視頻，就是相互之間大聲的閑聊天，這種現象在全季酒店裡還是第一次見到。
