1、攜程是免按金的，到店之後就讓付款按金，我拒絕付款，因為平台如果讓付款500，我也能付得起，但是平台明明是免按金住宿，憑什麼到店就讓我付款按金。
2、就是枕頭是破損的，像被耗子咬了一樣，好幾個洞洞，讓服務枱幫忙換一個枕頭，服務枱衹是在外面套了一個枕套，然而這個枕套上面遺留好幾根女性頭髮，給我老公噁心夠嗆。
3、房間裏沒有電話，有事情還需要下樓和服務枱溝通，很不方便。
4、電視不好使，孩子下樓找到服務枱讓幫忙弄一下，服務枱説，那你就看手機唄，孩子哪來的手機啊，這是什麼態度啊。
