服務一分給客房大姐，態度非常好，不然真是一分不想給。定的家庭房三人入住，結果是兩張一樣寬的單人床，衹給兩個枕頭，找前台説沒有多餘枕頭了衹能給個被？？？一點歉意都沒有，就這麼給顧客服務的嗎？三個人都沒睡好，兩個擠在一起一個沒枕頭。。。馬桶還漏的滿地是水真服了👎🏻
