The managers are very nice, the lady speaks English very well and spends a lot of time helping us plan our visit, gives us GPS data for the starting and ending points of the treks, gives us the best places to eat, organizes the reservation of cars for travel. Possibility of washing clothes for 20 yuan per machine. The rooms are pleasant, clean, with heated beds and added heating in the room (on request). Negative point: the showers are often cold, even if you wait a long time for the hot water to arrive, it is never very hot, barely lukewarm when you are lucky. (The heated bed after the shower is very useful :D) I highly recommend despite this small point for improvement! If we come back to Shaxi, we will definitely book here again!
