Kyriad Marvelous Hotel

The room was spacious and equipped with excellent smart amenities. I could see the river view right from the window when I opened the curtains. The hotel staff were very helpful; they proactively arranged for my two booked rooms to be next to each other. Once, I forgot to get a parking voucher when I went out for breakfast and was overcharged for parking, but they later helped me get a refund. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The shower water temperature was low, barely warm. The air conditioning only had a cooling mode, so I couldn't use dehumidification on rainy days. Although the room was marked as non-smoking, a smoky smell came through the AC after it ran for a while. The service was fine, and the river view was great.

Our room was suite 1201 on the 12th floor. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the Xin'an River. The only problem was the orientation, as rooms along the river face west. So, in the summer afternoons, it was incredibly hot, making it almost impossible to open the curtains. But in the mornings, the view was stunning. The room was quite clean, though it lacked a refrigerator. There was a bathtub, but surprisingly, no tub cover was provided. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely stay again.

The advantages of Kyriad Hotel Jiande Xin'anjiang Branch are that the facilities are very new, you can see the river view, and it is very close to Yaohan. The downside is that the breakfast room is small and there are not many varieties. The air conditioning switch in the room is just for show. You need to call the front desk to turn it on. It only has cold air conditioning, so you also need to call the front desk to turn it off.

The view of the parent-child room is very nice and the room is large. The breakfast was very nice! The location is also good. You can take a walk along the riverside trail when you go out. It is very quiet. It is also close to the Yaohan shopping mall and meals can be easily solved.

入住體驗直接拉滿！房間的全景落地窗太驚艷了，推窗就能眺望江景與青山，視野開闊無遮擋，晴天時藍天白雲配山水風光，氛圍感直接拉滿✨ 房間佈局寬敞整潔，木地板質感舒服，採光特別好，整體裝修簡約高級，打理得一塵不染。桌面空間充足，擺放物品很方便，設施配置齊全實用。 清晨伴着自然光醒來，抬眼就是山水城景，入住期間安靜又舒心，服務也貼心周到，不管是度假放鬆還是短途出行都超合適，已經列入我的覆住清單，強烈推薦！

景觀很好，開門一眼綠色～ 酒店早餐的煎豆腐包很好吃很好吃！但是蒸豆腐包一般般，皮太厚了。 房間隔音一般，我們房間離電梯比較近，早上8點就有人在走廊上跑跳、大聲喧嘩… 暑假來住宿的客人都起挺早哈^_^ btw 用餐高峯期會等電梯等很久

在長沙住了幾次凱里亞德酒店，這次來建德玩就選擇這裏，酒店就在新安江邊，景色絕美，因為昨天早到了些沒有房間，前台工作人員還免費給我升級了江景房，給婷婷美女點個👍🏻，酒店房間乾淨整潔，凱里亞德的風格，可以看到江景，出了酒店門走走就能到新安江的步道上散步看晨霧，愉快的旅行，有機會在來建德還住這裏哈哈哈

酒店位置很好，就在江邊。訂了兩間雙床，一間直麪江景，景觀超棒，就是因為朝西，下午如果打開窗簾會非常曬。一間在另一邊衹能看到一部分江景。房間比較新，也比較大。停車方便。 早飯中規中矩，中西餐都有，但是不算特別豐富。不挑剔的話足夠吃飽。房間沒有小冰箱，夏季出行感覺還是有所欠缺。第二天在衞生間發現一衹小甲蟲不知道哪裡來的。比較不好的體驗是不知道哪個客人訂外賣寫錯房間號，送物機器人接二連三的來我們房間送物，居然半夜3點連續來了三次，令人無法好好休息！衹能拔了電話線才行。早上反饋給酒店前台，希望能夠有所改進。沒想到退房的時候酒店送了小禮物表達歉意，確實超出我的預期了。希望未來能夠解決客人休息可以不受打擾的問題！
