Fanfeng B&B (East Gate of Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area)

The room is spacious & hi-tech. The owners are very pleasant & friendly. Diner at the restaurant was delicious

Very grateful to return to a cozy clean room after a cold cloudy day on the mountain. Very good facilities in the room for the price. We appreciated the early check in allowing us to store our bags in the room before going to the mountain. Hot powerful shower, smart toilet, and good TV. Restaurant downstairs was Ok, there is more food 5 minute walk west. It's right behind the main entrance to the mountain, very convenient. For traveller info - we took the bus to Zhenyuan the next day, tickets available at the counter immediately next to the park entrance ticket. 1 bus a day at 09:30 in December. High quakity minivan, we had it all to ourselves ¥126pp. Hotel is great value for money.

Its near the entrance for the Fanjing mountain Which is great . The bathroom is not good and practical in our room as the water flooded all the area. Our room was at the same level as all the air conditioning machinery and it was not a good night sleep . We would have preferred another place for a good night sleep.

Location: Perfect! Right next to the park entrance. Ultimate convenience for explorers. Room: Very Spacious. Ample room to move around, and a very comfortable bed. Amenity: On-Site Restaurant. Serves tasty meals. Verdict: Excellent value, clean, and friendly. An ideal base for your park adventure.

I’m proud to be the first to review this great hotel. First the location. I don’t think you can get any closer to the entrance… it’s literally the 3rd hotel from the entrance. It took me 7 minutes to walk to the entrance at a leisurely pace. Next the excellent staff. Super service answered all my questions prior to my arrival regarding tickets to Fanjing. I was also late to check out and come down from the mountain because of the rain… they were very understanding. The room was also spotless. Super modern… with this really cool shower system that was unique but intuitive. This is a new hotel and as of July 2025, the hotel has only been open for 6 months. The room was pretty much exactly as it looked like in the photos. The only thing western travelers may find odd is that the first floor is an authentic Chinese restaurant which you have to walk though. For me it was a festive entrance every time! Overall a great bargain.
