Property is very new and excellent, however the sound proof is bad and you can hear next room talking. I got a room full of cigarette smell but the staff change the room for me.

The room is non-smoking but there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the ventilation.
Dirty windows.
There are no good restaurants or cafes near the hotel. There are no coffee shops.
The hotel's restaurant has only Chinese breakfast and no forks.
