Share my wonderful experience during my recent stay and sincerely commend Deft, one of the hotel’s front desk staff, for his exceptional professionalism and heartwarming service. From check-in to check-out, his attentive and thoughtful attitude greatly improved my entire stay experience and left me with a deep and positive impression of this hotel. Upon my arrival, the lobby environment was elegant and comfortable, and Deft greeted me with a sincere and friendly smile immediately. He was very patient and efficient when handling my check-in procedure. He carefully explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi usage, breakfast time, and surrounding travel tips in detail, making me feel well taken care of from the very beginning. His work rhythm was steady and organized, even during peak guest hours, and he never showed any rush or impatience. During my stay, I raised several inquiries about room adjustments and facility usage. Deft always responded promptly and provided practical solutions with great enthusiasm and responsibility. He demonstrated excellent communication skills and professional hospitality awareness. What impressed me most is that he maintained a polite, modest and dedicated attitude all the time, treating every guest with equal care and patience. Besides professional competence, Deft’s service detail and initiative are truly worthy of recognition. He took the initiative to remind me of hotel exclusive services and kindly reminded me of safety precautions, showing extremely high service quality and professional literacy. It is precisely because of excellent staff like Deft that the hotel can maintain a warm, orderly and high-standard service atmosphere. Overall, this stay was extremely pleasant and satisfying. The hotel’s environment, hygiene and supporting facilities are reliable, and the service represented by Deft is the biggest highlight of this trip. I highly appreciate his serious working attitude, efficient execution and sincere hospitality service. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and recommend it to my friends and family. I also hope the hotel can recognize and reward Deft’s outstanding service performance.

I travelled to Jiangmen this time to visit Chikan Ancient Town and took the opportunity to spend a couple of days exploring the city centre, which led me to choose this hotel. The location is exceedingly convenient, situated right next to a shopping centre. Having previously worked in a management role at a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong, I can confidently say that both the frontdesk and housekeeping staff demonstrated a highly professional and polite attitude. The room was immaculate, and the provision of an evening turndown service—something many hotels on the mainland lack—is highly commendable. The only slight let-down was the bell service, which fell slightly short of expectations. However, this did not detract from my overall positive impression of the establishment. Keep up the excellent work!
