Gladden Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, with Wanda Plaza nearby, making it super convenient for finding great food. The rooms are spacious, and the service is outstanding. The lobby manager even gave us two complimentary breakfasts when he saw we had kids and no breakfast included – we're so grateful! With such a great manager and high-quality service, this hotel is sure to thrive. I'll definitely recommend it to more friends! 👫

The service was excellent, especially the doorman who was very enthusiastic, helped with luggage, and was genuinely caring towards guests. The room was spacious and bright, and there's a convenient shuttle bus to Guangzhou Airport. I'll definitely come back again.

Overall, a great stay. The front desk staff were good, but there's room for improvement. I had to proactively ask about the rewards and special features that come with booking through Ctrip, as they weren't offered to me during check-in. Also, the Wi-Fi password for the room could have been provided at check-in; the information on the key card sleeve was incorrect. All other services were excellent. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The female chef at the noodle station was very proactive in introducing local specialty noodles.

The hotel room was super spacious. The front desk staff, seeing there were three of us, even gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The breakfast selection was really rich, with rice noodle rolls, stewed soup, local specialties, and freshly ground coffee, which was delicious. There are also plenty of recreational facilities at the hotel, making it suitable for families with children. It's also very close to Wanda Plaza and the Jiangmen Museum. However, the soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, but overall, it's still quite good!

The room was nice, with a good view and an open vista. However, it was impossible to open the windows for ventilation, so the air in the room wasn't very fresh and had an odor. The dinner buffet was plentiful, with fresh ingredients and ample supply. The performance was also quite atmospheric. Breakfast was also abundant. Great value for money.
