剛開門進去有股腐朽的味道，應該是裝修有些年頭了，整體還不錯。門口右邊巷子繞進來有個地下層作為免費停車場，需要掉頭過，注意進出口比較窄。

被子和床套都是壞的，窗户很多老鼠屎，隔音很差，床隨便一坐，嘎吱嘎吱響，空調聲音很響，到燈具壞了也不修，屋子顯得很暗，洗頭水和沐浴露很差，一點泡沫都沒有，房間氣味重，濕氣也比較重，沒有電梯，需要爬樓梯，房間小，地板很舊 還會有裂縫，牆壁很粗糙，有些還發黴那種感覺，洗漱台水管是漏水的，廁所沖水器聲音大，沖完了還在那裡一直響
