由於是晚上下的訂單，天很黑也很急，沒看仔細就下單了，結果發現酒店不在江門市區，離江門市區起碼還有十幾公里，位置比較偏僻了，結果還碰上前台服務員的服務冷臉，其中一位還好一點起碼沒有拉下臉來説話，而另一位説話就好像欠她多少錢一樣，始終板著臉冷漠的表情，我要求的是無煙房，結果房間門剛打開一股濃烈的煙味撲鼻而來，幸好換了一間不至於煙味很濃烈，真正的無煙根本不太可能，最氣人的是告訴我無線網絡密碼是總機電話號碼，結果電視機打開就有明確顯示，仔仔細細一個一個數字輸入連續兩遍全都顯示密碼錯誤，房間也沒電話，衹好親自跑到總枱詢問，也不問青紅皂白，開口就説我是密碼輸錯，我説我按電視上顯示的數字很認真的輸入兩次都顯示密碼錯誤，接着告訴我是電信服務不好，讓我隔壁房間賬號，明明我有房間號卻讓我要用其他房間的號碼，接着冷臉服務員和我一起進房間察看，最後問題是電視上顯示的密碼，號碼早就換掉了，我説這不誤導人嗎，早就應該修改了，或者温馨提示一下，冷臉服務員又把我訓了一頓，酒店沒有責任，是電信的原因，我去，這麼不負責任的酒店還真是太少見了，實在無語，一氣之下，電視也不看了，網絡也上了，鬧肚子的鬱悶。

內部很新，電梯很好，停車很好，早餐券15元如圖孩子喜歡。前台有兩個不太好，我先來的都沒接待我，後來的兩個很好笑臉。乾淨衞生，隔音是差了些，空調有點，，，被子厚熱醒。四個枕頭太高。

房間中規中矩，周邊比較偏，荒涼，智能管家秀逗了，隨便接電話的聲音都會喚醒插嘴，服務差，到了酒店又累又餓點了外賣，不給往樓上送要自己拿，沒有機器人送餐，還得自己專門下樓拿，太奇葩了
