It's not bad, the hardware facilities and hygiene are good, the dining place next to it is far away. It's quite quiet, the breakfast variety is small, there is no western food.

Pros: Affordable price, big bed, acceptable hygiene. Cons: From 5am to 8am on the second floor, it was so noisy outside that it was like a market. I couldn't sleep at all. The location was remote and it was hard to get a taxi.
