酒店離方特很近，小院非常漂亮，很出片，空氣清新，晚上在陽台看了方特的煙花秀，好評。

方特對面，但走路得花15分鐘。住宿環境較好，是在自家住户後面加裝的，一樓有個涼亭，三樓有個露台可以休閑，晚上還可以看煙花表演，不過被公路邊的一幢樓擋住了部分角度。停車方便，小院能停5輛左右，不提供餐飲，但外賣可到。早餐需要自行解決。
設施有些破損，比如沐浴房漏水到外面，窗户鎖破損等，最嚴重的是三樓房頂用的玻纖瓦，遇到雨天響到無法入睡，希望老闆可以改善一下。
總體來説不錯，性價比高。

就在方特的街對面，走路5分鐘（翻越欄桿，不翻越的話10分鐘）非常方便。是一棟鄉村別野，衞生還不錯，老闆人也很好，性價比極高，缺點是不能吃飯，吃飯要去對面另外一家農家樂（收費小貴）

就在方特對面，位置還可以，但是要從前面天橋過馬路，步行還是有點距離周圍都是民居，沒啥吃的，衹能點外賣外賣還半天不到，超時快一小時，打電話又不接，提交取消了，老闆才急着打電話給我説馬上送到，唉:房間比較小，奇葩的是洗漱台還在客廳裏，哈哈，真是無了個大語要了兩瓶水，需要付費，兩塊一瓶，也不貴，大堂也出售泡麪
