酒店才開不久，設施也很新，環境非常不錯，服務態度非常好，走到樓層還有迎賓服務，還送了水果，早餐也比較精緻，還接到電話回訪，這個酒店是非常用心在做服務的

酒店的服務非常好，無論是前台還是早餐部在服務上都給人很好很好的感覺。早餐也很不錯，比較豐富。房間打掃得也很乾凈。但硬件上有一個硬傷，空調太不給力了，一點都不涼快，一晚上被熱醒了三次。嚴重影響睡眠質量。如果能把空調的問題解決了就無可挑剔了。

這個是一家很棒的酒店，從我下訂單不到十分鐘便收到了酒店的電話，詢問我出行方式，目前江油的天氣情況。禮貌的把酒店的大堂定位和停車場定位告知給我。第一點就把我暖到了。到達酒店後保安上前敬禮指引停車。還温馨提示我們地面停車場温度較高，還有地下停車場也是免費的，可以直達大廳。幫我們把行李運送到大廳。第二暖！ 進入大廳。特別的香薰味沁入心頭。很高級的香薰味，酒店欣賞水平很有檔次！前台美女小姐姐禮貌問好，很快速的辦理好入住，還為我們免費升級了房間。（長得真好看[呲牙]） 進入電梯後最驚喜的來了。我們住在12樓，電梯門一開。一位客房主管早已站在電梯門口等候了。酒店分為左右兩側。立馬把我們帶引到房間門口，原來早已為我們打開了空調，太暖了吧[可憐]。 為我們詳細的介紹房間的設施設備，使用方法。為我們準備了水果，又是一個重點來了！還有鮮花💐！一個兩百多的酒店還有鮮花！這個服務是我住過無數酒店中第一次親身感受，服務行業能夠把服務做到這樣極致真的是行業翹楚了！再次再次感謝一下客房部主管唐英（不知道記錯沒有）！謝謝你為我們此次出行帶來的別樣風景。祝你工作順利，祝酒店蒸蒸日上，越來越好。
