Yizhai Chaji Homestay (Jianshui Ancient Town Confucian Temple)

Countless swallows return here every year, just like tourists. From the south or north, east or west, many are distant places we have never been to before. These strangers choose the same destination but travel with different purposes. Some come to meet old friends, some come to see the scenery, some temporarily escape through travel, some just want to breathe in a different city, some are sweet, some are lonely, and some are aimless. For many people, traveling helps them rediscover themselves. And we, make comfortable beds for them, talk to them, help them read our city, and we, read them. Slowly, when these strangers turn the distant places we have never been to into familiar ones, I realize that we are also travelers, and what we are doing is traveling in someone else's journey.

Yizhai Homestay, which took three years to build, is a rare Wabisabi Wabi style homestay in the ancient city, made entirely of micro cement.

Microcement has a texture similar to natural materials, without plastic reflection, and diffuse reflection highlights the texture.

The ground is seamlessly integrated, providing a warm and comfortable feeling for the feet. Stepping on it will not cause any pressure, as if immersing oneself in nature, simple and peaceful.

Microcement is made by mixing inorganic minerals, with low organic volatiles, and is environmentally friendly and livable.
