老闆服務非常好，有耐心。真是店如其人，遇到一個極nice的老闆，基本上就代表了這個民宿的服務，衞生，裝修標準，都挺好。
早餐很好，特別是草芽米線，小孩在外面也吃不了幾口的，能在酒店早飯中大快朵頤。每次在民宿吃完早飯，基本上不用吃午飯，分量和味道都很好。
民宿的位置很好，就在紫陶街，出門即繁華，多走兩步就是美食大廣場，再多走幾步就是紫陶作坊一條街，能看到很多原創工作室，設計師自己設計和製作的陶瓷作品。
民宿還提供建水小豆腐的下午茶，就在酒店的外擺露天區，一邊看熙攘的人流，一邊和家人享受愜意的下午茶，聊聊天，很快樂的事情。
在紫陶街的小缺點，就是我們入住的時間是國慶佳節，晚上11點半左右繁華才褪去。我家裡的小孩基本11點洗完澡，門窗一關也能睡着，可能衹是有點白噪音。
另外，隔壁奶茶也是老闆的，可樂飲品嚐，推薦不常見的飲品，如甘草。
下次來建水，還會再落腳這裏

服務非常好，專門步行過來幫忙拿行李，睡前老公發燒，聯繫管家，馬上送來温度計和39感冒靈，早餐特別豐富，在紫陶街裏，適合愛熱鬧的人，吃貨也多，還有遊樂場摩天輪，小朋友特別喜歡哦，面巾紙提供，房間乾淨，關上陽台門，睡得非常好

非常好的民宿，讓我稍微打破對民宿的偏見。裝修很舒服。我整個旅程還住了撫仙湖希爾頓、東風韻美憬閣，以及昆明市區的Jen。留夏的用品質量是最好的，床品也非常舒適。早餐老闆準備得很豐盛，用料都很好。服務特別貼心，下雨天專門到車旁接我們，回程也幫忙聯繫司機。還有酒店自己準備的遊玩和飲食推薦，嘗試了幾個，都很不錯。
缺點可能是紫陶街晚上比較吵，但是對我沒影響，這些聲音對我來説就是白噪音，助眠。旁邊那個店的棗糕很好吃，樓下的五味茶飲品味道也很好。建水真的很好吃

所見即所得，民宿阿姨和老闆娘接待都很周到，她家的亞麻床單和浴袍都很舒服，房間的沙發也很不錯，房間風格也很喜歡，出去就是紫陶街，很方便，給個小建議，洗手間和卧室可以考慮裝個門或者隔布之類

老闆娘人超級好，免費升房，提前幾天就聯繫，確認行程，歡迎點心也非常好吃，本來還有烤豆腐，但是確實吃不下了😜。樓下就是夜市，本來以為會很吵，結果隔音效果非常好。早飯的米線也非常好吃，大坨的牛肉米線，一點不輸外面的賣的。本來衹是隨便訂的中專酒店，結果非常滿意，隨處都看的出是老闆娘精心挑選的物件

忍不住要説幾句，曾經特別喜歡住民宿，因為可以體驗不同的民風，可以有機會結交一羣志趣相投的旅人。有了娃之後逐漸發現很多的民宿是噱頭，即便是一些網紅，虛有其表，實際的品質卻難以令人滿意，價格卻日漸不再親民。這次巧合之間選擇了留夏，就像網友評論的一樣，設計風格簡約舒適，每個角落都有細心考量，不是潦草之作。衞生環境也是令人放心，打掃的阿姨都很nice，做事都很認真，住得安心。早餐的牛肉米線的澆頭是老闆自己熬的，口味絕佳，配餐擺盤也都很講究，體驗很棒！地處紫陶街夜市，夜間熱鬧非凡，雖然臨街是會有噪音，可是出來玩都不會太早休息，基本睡覺時間夜市也已經歇菜了！當然如果對安靜有特殊要求的住客還是慎選！下次來建水的話依然是住宿首選！

精品民宿。入住前，老闆就打電話告知由於在熱鬧的紫陶街上，晚上可能會吵。入住後發現房間隔音效果還是挺不錯的。整個民宿，從我們進門，姑娘就在“哇！哇！哇！”整個民宿風格都是原木設計，很温馨，房間乾淨，設施齊全，洗臉巾這種細節也想到了，包括吹風是徠芬的，風力大。對於經常要洗頭的簡直是福音。
除了這些硬件的細節，老闆非常健談和熱情，從入住就有下午茶贈送，兩杯飲品券贈送，烤豆腐贈送，早餐品種豐富，兩個小童的那份也贈送了。每一個細節都有被照顧到。強推！！！
總之，這是目前住過的大理，沙溪等等各個地方最滿意的民宿。

推開門就被民宿的裝修風格打動——原木色的傢俱、素雅的扎染布藝、角落裡點綴的建水紫陶，既有在地文化的氣息，又帶着日式的簡約温暖。房間裏的每一樣物件都透着用心：床品柔軟親膚到讓人秒入睡，燈光柔和得剛好適合夜讀，連洗漱用品的香味都清新得恰到好處。明明在熱鬧的紫陶街旁，卻安靜得像住在森林裏，一夜好眠到天亮。

從預訂開始就感受到温暖——提前聯繫確認行程，主動安排接送站（司機師傅超準時！會貼心的幫忙拿行李）。
🌙「比酒店更暖，比家更自由」
這裏沒有酒店的標準化流程，卻有“回家”才有的鬆弛感：渴了去廚房自己倒杯茶，累了在頂樓的露台能看到紫陶街的燈火，吹着晚風喝杯茶，突然就懂了“留夏”這個名字的意味，想把夏天的温柔，和這座小城的慢時光，都留得更久一點。
