The room facilities are quite complete, but the bathroom is too small, and there is no separation of dry and wet, and the floor is covered with water. The bed was a bit hard, it was uncomfortable to fall asleep, the pillows were empty and short, and I almost fell on my pillow. The next day I saw a card on the hotel table and said that pillow replacement service could be provided free of charge, so I called the front desk to give me two more pillows. As a result, the waiter said, ”Is there no pillow in your room? It is very speechless. In short, I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the front desk staff!” Whether it's check-in, renewal, inquiries or check-out, the waiters are holding faces, without a smile, and no enthusiasm at all!
