多次入住了。本來是為朋友預訂的，但是由於朋友特殊情況，沒法入住了。想退了訂單。沒想到預訂的時候花費86元，過期退反而要付106元的違約金。沒辦法，衹能自己入住了。前台服務熱情，更改入住訊息回覆很快，也很方便。其餘的都很好！全五分好評！
