過年回家晚班飛機，住了一晚。
房間衞生太差，空調幾乎不制熱。接機很順利，但送機卻讓我情緒失控。
按我事先預估，7：00出發合適，入住時前台説7點沒車，6：30會準時出發，於是我在前台登記了次日6：30送地鐵站。
但次日6：30我到前台時，沒見到車，前台人也沒有。打電話，一直沒人接，後來終於接了，告訴我一會兒車就到。
酒店在十字路口，路在修，各種亂。等了一會兒，一直不見車。又電話問，才知道原來是叫了網約車，並非酒店接送專車；我衹能提醒店家要讓車開到酒店門口，不然我不知道在哪個路邊上車。
又過了幾分鐘，還是不見車。再電話，店家告訴我他再幫我聯繫司機。還是不見車來，我又電話，店家説司機取消訂單了，他再幫我約。
過了一會兒，有車開到酒店門口，問我是不是去機場？我是去地鐵站。於是又電話跟店家確認，這會兒才告訴我網約車的車牌號，就是停在我面前、以為要送我去機場的車！
我真的忍不住了：
1、 如果是網約車而非酒店定時班車，為什麼一定要我提前半小時出發？而且幾經折騰，等我最終上車時已經快7點了，浪費了我差不多半小時！
2、 既然叫了網約車，為什麼不關注車輛動態，非得等我一次又一次追問才發現訂單被取消？
3、 我已經很着急了，再次約好車後，為什麼不主動告訴我車牌號，非得車來了逼我再次電話跟他確認車輛訊息？？
這樣的服務，以後是絕對不會再來住了！！！
